Ploutos Training was born from a simple but urgent observation: too many talented young Namibians finish school with ambition but no clear path forward. Too many professionals plateau because access to quality, affordable upskilling is limited. We decided to change that.
Based in Oshakati, Namibia, we are an online learning institution that bridges the gap between where you are and where you deserve to be.
